LIMITED 90 DAYS WARRANTY ON ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, AND REAR ENDS:

Our used engines, transmissions, and rear ends are guaranteed for limited 90 days under normal driving conditions. engines are guaranteed against engine knock, excessive smoke, and oil consumption. 

The warranty is void if engines, transmissions, or rear ends are disassembled before our inspection. We do not warranty carburetors, water pumps, fuel pumps, or distributors. We will not warranty any vehicle that has been run hot. Transmissions must have new seals, filters, and fluid changes. There is no warranty for racing or commercial use. No labor Warranty.

Improper installation will void the warranty.

Electric parts only have 30 days warranty, (fuel pumps, ECU, door switches, etc) for exchange or account credit only no money back.

All others parts have 30 days warranty exchange or money back.

All parts must be returned in the same conditions or the warranty will be void.


REFUND POLICY:
Provided the defective part cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued in the amount on the order receipt. No refunds will be offered after 90 days. NO REFUND ON LABOR COSTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
 
ELECTRICAL ITEMS
Our electrical items have a 30 days warranty which is for exchange only, NO CASH REFUNDS on electrical items.
 
 
WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
  • Failure due to accident or collision
  • Engines that have been run hot
  • Improper installation of the part
  • Misuse, abuse, modification, vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes
  • Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions
  • Disassembling voids the warranty

WE ONLY WARRANTY OUR PARTS TO WORK WHICH MEANS THAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR CHARGES, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCES, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.
 

BUSINESS POLICIES:

  • All claims must include the original invoice.
  • All parts returned are subject to a 25% handling charge, No cash back for transactions paid with debit, credit, or checks.
  • Deposits for special orders are required for every order and are non-refundable. 
  • No returns accepted on special orders.
  • Shipping or freight cost is non-refundable.
